Lawrence Hall will close its doors at the end of this year.

We chose this timeline to support our team through the holidays and to honor a New Year’s Eve wedding celebration that was entrusted to us.

This was not an easy or quick decision. Since we first started pursuing this dream in 2018, and since opening our doors in 2024, we have worked hard to make Lawrence Hall a place where neighbors could gather, eat well, and enjoy themselves.

Like many in our industry, we have faced rising costs and a difficult economic backdrop. We have also faced a series of challenges and setbacks that, in aggregate, became more than we could carry.

We poured everything we had into making this space something special in Lawrenceville, and we remain deeply proud of what it became. Our sincere hope is that the spirit of this place continues on in whatever comes next.

Most of all, we are thankful for our people.

To our team: thank you. You showed up through a difficult opening, holidays, slow Tuesdays and packed Saturdays, and you made Lawrence Hall what it was. A special thank you to our management team and to those who have been with us since day one: Erika, Andy, Rich, Genly, Abbie, Jim, Sofi and Darius. We are deeply grateful for your efforts and loyalty.

Thank you to our vendors, partners and every guest who came through our doors. You gave this space life.

For now, we remain open regular hours and are still booking events through December. We hope you’ll come see us.
